The Hotel and Resorts industry is beginning to utilize wireless technology to help improve staff communication designed to help improve the guest experience. Taking advantage of their investment in improving their facility WiFi, the hotel industry has extended this investment from a guest benefit to their staff.  Many hotels are phasing out old style two-way radios to deploy tablets and smartphones to improve communications between the staff and to allow the use of such tools as asset management software to remedy/prevent technical issues that impact the guest experience. Our experience in consulting with these properties to come up with an innovative yet cost effective solution is imperative to meeting these goals.
